      Pros

      Sales is a good training for graduates, you learn lots of skills. That can apply to get future jobs in same or other industry

      Cons

      Too many hours driving, to meet your customers. Although i guess it depends on the assigned client portfolio of designers and architects

      Pros

      Great benefits, fantastic coworkers, and incredible opportunity to grow. Regional manager is approachable and understanding however travels 80%+ of the time. Spanish is a plus, there is a bit of a language barrier with upper management.

      Cons

      Confusing commission structure. Compensation is competitive but there is not much of increase. Salary changes are discussed at yearly review.

      Management is awesome, they recognize hard work and you feel appreciated. Great products and fun environment.
