      I had the opportunity to work at Porcelanosa Walnut Creek. Not only is it a beautiful showroom, but I was able to help people create designs for their home remodel projects, new construction, and commercial spaces. Known for it's high-end, top quality products, the design options were endless. The company maintains a hands-on, friendly, and down-to-earth approach for meeting the customers' needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work in the tile, kitchen, and bath industry.

      - Salary is paid punctually. - 15 pays a year. - Christmas Box given every year - January bonus

      Cons

      - In Vila-Real (Headquarters), office staff work from 7.55am to 19.00h (5 days a week, 1.5h lunch break). A total of 9.5 compulsory hours at the office. - Long office hours - there´s never much to do. But management loves to see employees warming up the chair. - Everyone with more experience in the company is your boss. Basically. - Company owners intimidate employees on a weekly manner. Weekly firings across the company. Huge employee turnover.
