I worked in one of their showrooms in the UK a few years ago and the staff were the most malicious people I have ever had the misfortune to work with Hopefully they have all been sacked by now!!

Massive range of products, great potential to clients. Nice to go to Spain with clients.

Cons

Budgets set far too high, once you have done well, you get penalised for it the next year. Personal targets unachievable - well over overall company growth. Completely anti sales with the internal policies such as ordering process, opening accounts, collections & deliveries, opening hours, lead times on products. Business model goal posts move all the time. Lost far too many sales due to all of the above, nothing any good sales person can fix.

management is horrendous, inept, inexperienced, uncaring, unqualified and unbelievably bad. You wouldn't believe what is behind the fabulous exterior of this sorry company. It's a complete and utter mess.
