      There is a certain amount of freedom involved in the job, however thats about the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Lower than average salary and commission package, very few benefits, no room for growth, upper management see you as just another number, expectations go well beyond reality.

      Lots of training and they support you when you need it

      Cons

      Holiday is only 20 days. The company makes so many products it’s hard to keep up sometimes. You’ll still be learning after a year. And they’ve been short staffed for a while now.
