      Colleagues. Decent salary compared with same area/busines/position alternatives.

      Cons

      Abusive internal policies. But nothing you wouldn't know from the moment you sign the contract.

      I have been working for the company for the past 19 years and I can not ask for anything better . The company has been growing non stop since.
