Beautiful and unique product line

Cons

Poor and inefficient management, out dated technology, internal structure supports and promotes dishonesty. No teamwork, as everyone is out for themselves. No training with very little support. Ridiculous expectations for sales goals which makes earning commission nearly impossible. Very, very high turn over rate. Average length of employment is 1 year. They have no regard for the best interest of their customers.

-Nice enough people -Good Bathroom and tile products -Flexible to help with what days off I need etc

Cons

-Not great salary -Commission is made out to be more during interview stages but doesn't actually work out to be much -Very quiet in showroom so little leads -Kitchens are impossible to sell, Not great quality for the high prices.

Cons

Minimal salary, embarrasingly bad commission structure. Terrible systems and dated throughout. Its like working in the 70's nothing has changed everything is manual.
