      Pros

      Wide range of work experiences, you learn to juggle a lot at the same time. Great for people who like multi-tasking, problem solving, and providing sales support.

      Cons

      Low to mid range pay scale. Difficult to find healthy work/life/stress balance. Not a lot of room for growth opportunities depending on the location and department.

      Pros

      It's a stable and secure company. When the economy was bad the company stayed a float. Owners stop by and say Hello, and are invested in their company. Excellent benefits, medical, dental, and vision along with PTO time. Discretionary Bonuses

      Cons

      Only 40 hours of accrued time carries over into the new year. Medium size company not a lot of room for advancement. Company only matches 4% in the 401K.
