      Pros

      No micro managing or supervisors looming over you. No pressure to work out of hours. Pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low compared to the standard rates for similar roles. Not enough effort made to retain staff. Lack of benefits, please introduce bonuses for non sales staff. Hours are a little long considering the rates of pay.
