Pros

Nice Upscale products, though, they aren't all stocked in the US. Hard to sell if the product is not currently available. A company car.

Cons

Don't bother...you will only last 1 year at best. Nice products, horrible management. All from Spain, no management skills, it's their way or no way. Training is terrible. If they want to business in the US, they better learn how business works in this country.

Lots of autonomy. Many opportunities for training and getting entry-level sales experience.

Cons

Little incentive due to salary (no commission) structure. Lack of territory assignments led to unnecessary competition and drama between employees. Not sure if either aspects have since changed.
