Pros

It's a possible company for a first job, you can learn a lot, and it can give a bit of prestige to your CV. Even so, run away as soon as you have the opportunity.

Cons

They treat people as garbage, especially if you're not a Spaniards, there's no internal organization, crazy turns, etc.

Colleagues. Decent salary compared with same area/busines/position alternatives.

Cons

Abusive internal policies. But nothing you wouldn't know from the moment you sign the contract.
