Horrible place, no law benefits, fraud as a contractor role

They say they have a contractor role in mexico but everything on the position meets the criteria of an employment position (schedulle, boss, kpis) they do this because they want to avoid their legal obligations. Don't take this position! You could have an accident or being fired from one day to another and being just by yourself.

Cons

A contractor role is for a plumber, hvac, someone who works at their own schedulle and conditions. They think this way they can make you quit to your legal rights.
