-Customers can be very rude -Hours can be stressful -Scheduling can be bad if you arent prepared for it

They will give you tons of hours, so good if you want to make money.

Cons

The management is an absolute joke. They put more pressure on good hard working employees, criticizing them and making them do more than lazy employees. Your hard work is never appreciated. Lazy workers are rewarded for doing nothing and having no pride in themselves. Also SO MUCH DRAMA between employees.
