the best thing is the food, you get to constantly eat and they are very flexible with your schedule and the employees are fun to talk to.

Cons

there are no benefits, if you have to work the drive thru then you will be out there in any weather condition which is terrible and like all restaraunts you also have angry and crazy customers who jus want to ruin your day.

Flexibility, work is easy and repetitive,

Cons

Managers don't care at all about there employees. The crew chef and managers have some sort of blood pact and the rest of us are like paid slaves. Work can get extremely boring in the back because all you do is portion chicken and cut bread.
