Pros

Great benefits, healthy work and learning community, love my students and coworkers. A lot of freedom, space to grow and advancement. Start pay is low but over time, it will add up.

Cons

They keep too many old lazy people around because they are afraid to fire them. I see so many unproductive staffs and manager taking advantage of the system. Parking is horrible at very campus and work space is very limited.
