Pros

Do homework during shift. Easy work, babysit the printers and help students with internet, MS office, and other simple issues. Flexible hours.

Cons

Easiest job ever, other co-workers manage to mess up and break rules. (No eating, no headphones) May be difficult to get the max of 20 hours a week.

My job allows me to structure my work that way I want to do it, as long as I get the job done. Managers are easy going. I feel like a valued member of the staff. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

Cons

So far, I haven't found any cons to working for Portland Community College
