      They still have decent benefits. Allowed work from home during COVID. More cutting edge than other utility. Volunteering is important for customer engagement.

      Too many competing performance goals.

      Pros

      PGE is actually one of the few companies that is putting their money where their mouth is regarding clean energy and safety of the public with respect to climate change and the attendant wild fires. Also cares about their employee well being and takes work life balance seriously.

      Cons

      Can do better with pay, also in many occasions informal relationships is key to getting things done, a little order would go a long way to help.
