-Pay and benefits are very competitive -I was able to balance work and life quite well, although that does depend on your manager, the culture or your team and the initiative you take -I felt valued by the people I worked for and with and worked with some great people

Cons

-Pace of change felt very slow, but that has changed over the years -Good management practices vary greatly throughout the organization -There's been an increased focus on performance and efficiency throughout the years, which I think is good, but it seems like it's come at a trade-off and people aren't valued like they once were and for their whole selves. -Lack of clear prioritization.
