Lots of opportunity for advancement. Retain truly talented individuals. Great comprehensive training. Pays well for market value. Good benefits and PTO. Many resources to succeed. A lot of motivated co-workers. Large focus on company values and safety.

Cons

Frequent large changes occur in this position with not a lot of warning or say in matters that may effect you. Unless you have really excelled in a customer service position before (and I mean really!) this may not be the job for you. PGE expects the best and the brightest and they are well compensated for it
