Excellent pay, okay benefits.. lots of room for move around, cross trainings, “support” roles,

Cons

Leadership does nothing for you. Unless you kiss a** or know someone you’ll forever be stuck in “support” roles where they do not compensate you for cross training.. their phone goals are unrealistic, they will walk all over you if you let them. It’s not what it used to be / the environment when I first started was so different, it felt people actually cared.. now it’s fake.

They like to keep people as part time and will avoid full time if at all possible. Schedules change and are add hours.
