Pros

Electric utilities everywhere are in a state of transforming after bring kind of stable and static for several decades. The people at PGE are solid and strong, tackling a bunch of really interesting opportunities -- and there's a ton of opportunity with the growth underway.

Cons

It's a smaller utility, and tackling all the important things at the same time (like all utils are). Staying focused on the essentials is going to be really important.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Beautiful setting.

Cons

New management is disconnected from employees, and makes decisions without input from those affected. Often making poor choices as a result.

Pros

Great and supportive coworkers. Learned a lot about new computer programs, skills and how to interact/communicate with different business people and associates on different subject matter.

Cons

Outsourced a lot of the work. Not a lot of optionality for upward trajectory in the business. I outperformed and took on additional duties with no additional compensation or promotion.
