We appreciate your feedback, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Pay equity is important to us and we’re proud that PGE employees in the same role, with comparable work experience at the same work location, continue to earn a near-perfect dollar for dollar pay. Embracing diversity, equity & inclusion is one of PGE’s core values that guide our energy transformation work for Oregon. These values, combined with PGE’s Guiding Behaviors, help shape the way we do business and represent who we are as a company. We’ve outlined some of our DEI measures here: https://portlandgeneral.com/about/who-we-are/diversity-equity-and-inclusion. These are serious allegations, and we would like to investigate further. Whether you still work for PGE or have moved on, reporting these experiences is important to us to conduct an inquiry with the right information. Pros

A lot of great people work here (both talent and personalities) and that makes working for an essential service company very motivating and fun.

Cons

Lots of busy work, especially being a publicly traded company. Salaries were inequitable in many parts of the company.
