Pros

This is a mission driven workplace with strong energy and engagement. The focus on delivering positive results for customers and stakeholders is clear, and it shows in the day-to-day work. Employees have a real voice and can influence change no matter their level. Leadership communicates the mission often and keeps the direction easy to understand. I have enjoyed my experience here and feel excited about the opportunities ahead.

Cons

The learning curve in this industry is steep, especially coming from a different sector. There is a lot to learn and the pace moves quickly, which can feel challenging at times. My team and leaders have been supportive, which has helped, but the amount of information to absorb early on is significant.

Toxic Leadership

Pros

Good benefits. Teams compose of passionate people. Lots of work that needs to be done.

Cons

Poor leadership accountability. Poor communication is direction. Low job security and confidence. Wrong people (and the same types of people) keep getting promoted. Instead of working through difficult times to address root cause, leadership is using these as poor performance and cleaning out. Moral is low, which has increased turnover significantly.
