Above-average pay and benefits for the area.

Cons

Avoid the IT dept at all costs. It's falling apart. Management doesn't understand how to assign and prioritize resources and keeps hiring more management when the company needs more individual contributors. It's like watching someone trying to build a house by making a pile of all the materials (absent carpenters, eletricians, and plumbers).
