Pros

Fairly extensive training. Good Benefit package. Fairly nice trainers.

Cons

1) They throw a LOT of information at you in three weeks and then you need to rely on co-workers/trainees to help you. 2) The trainers/managers DEFINITELY play favorites. 3) Trainers seem to be under a lot of stress and kind of burned out. 4) In Customer Service, you will be expected to come (called in if not on schedule) during bad weather outages or any other outages and get there on your own no matter the weather or you will get a write-up.
