      Pros

      I have been with PGE for almost 15 years and have always had the pleasure of working with people who are passionate about what they do and want to embody the company values of "customer first" and environmental stewardship. In addition, PGE has always provided a very competitive salary and benefit package compared to local utilities.

      Cons

      Decisions being made by senior leadership and executives make it very difficult to be innovative and work well with other departments, leading to a lot of duplication of effort and data.
