Good programs to support employee development, wellness, and recognition. Decent pay and PTO. Work flexibility and continued Hybrid option coming back from COVID pandemic. PGE is a conscientious steward of the community and celebrates volunteering and giving back.

Consistent org changes. Do more with less can lead to employee burnout.

Great company culture that really believes in the work they're doing and in taking care of employees. Employees are highly capable people who are a joy to work with. The benefits are insanely good plus the pay is solid as well.

Cons

Some processes feel a bit outdated, not a deal breaker at all.
