Pros

PGE is genuinely committed to professional development. There is a great work atmosphere and colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. This is a company you could easily spend 10+ years at.

Cons

This is a time of lots of change and lots of uncertainty. This is stressful and affects some colleagues more than others. As with any large company, there are always the colleagues that refuse to change with the time and should’ve been let go years ago.

Pros

Amazing benefits, well diverse company with great minds for future for thought. Huge opportunities.

Cons

Large amount of projects with minimum support. Inconsistent standards, new employees with minimum job role experience. Company policy and procedures that need to be reviewed and vetted to ensure strict safety standards and up to date procedure.
