Pros
Working with study abroad students was a very fun and rewarding experience. A lot of the job ends up being just hanging out with the students or doing your own thing while they get free time.
Cons
Sometimes things can be very chaotic and inefficient. Leadership sometimes showed a lack of flexibility which would make it difficult to make adjustments to the plan when needed.
