None to be honest. The firm won’t let people work full time to prevent paying for benefits.

I don’t even know where should I start. The legal assistants are expected to work crazy amounts of work loads while hired just part time. The environment is also ridiculously stressful. Paralegal in charge is rude. Management is a joke.
Zero flexibility on anything, no support from higher ups, competing environment fostered among paralegals, no reviews, no bonuses, no work life balance, overworked paralegals
