1. Talented workers - very smart, great support staff (customer facing support). 2. They frequently held monthly morale boosting events 3. Good selection of inner office refreshments - coffee, drinks, etc 4. Positive outlook amongst management for the future of the company

Cons

1. Unhealthy Company Culture evidenced by dirty common areas and lack of communication between teams & individuals 2. Teams within the company are very segregated (acquired products/companies need to be merged) 3. No 401k matching, bonuses very volatile - do not count on them. 4. Communication is challenging when working with teams in USA and INDIA, expect hurdles and delays.

Pros

Small indie company that carved out a nice niche in equities and was able to expand into FX. Still well regarded by clients and peers.

Cons

Chaotic project management, and an ill thought out acquisition only added to the problems. New CEO lacks understanding of the technology and has very little vision about what to do with the business. Shifting priorities and titles has not helped.
