      Pros

      Great company, culture, and people. Work life balance is great and we are working on complex and hard problems. I've never seen a company be so open to employee questions.

      Cons

      Positions in a team can occasionally run a little lean leading to more responsibilities. Management is receptive to feedback and they do actively work on those issues.

      Pros

      There are too many to list, but a few highlights after being here for a year: culture is the best I've ever been a part of, seasoned and talented C-Suite, very good products with a focus on continued development, great benefits/pay, etc. I've worked for many companies over my career, and Posit is a diamond in the rough.

      Cons

      Heavily product led, most of the company are data scientists which can be tough for other functions
