Pros

Since starting with PBS my work/home life balance has been incredible! I feel supported and valued more than any other company I've ever worked for.

Cons

No way to increase salary without increasing billable hours.

Pros

Flexibility with scheduling, supportive supervising analyst for accruing fieldwork hours, opportunities to work in home settings, school settings, and daycare settings, competitive pay, quarterly bonus opportunities, professional development opportunities, partnerships with universities for continuing schooling, options to transfer with PBS almost anywhere in the United States

Cons

health benefits for RBTs with families are too expensive, having to pay for your own reinforcers and stimuli for successful sessions, having to use your personal electronic devices during sessions for data collection and all things PBS
