Pros

Amazing flexibility depending on client availability in your area. May get stuck with all afternoon or all morning clients.

Cons

Pay system/set up sucks... had to constantly use PTO and holidays (floating) to make up the lost hours at the end of quarters. They have a quarter system where they review your hours and CHANGE your pay rate based on the average. To avoid losing money due to cancellations around busy times of the year I had to constantly save all my PTO and floating holidays. Once your average decreases it's stuck like that for the ENTIRE next three months. If you bill over you get maybe 1k bonus. Not worth it

Pros

Supportive, consistent, reliable. I started with PBS as a Behavior Assistant and am now a part of the leadership team. PBS leaders encourage growth for all staff, both in the field and within the company. Flexible scheduling, innovative technical tools, and a Student Analyst program that truly prepares you for the field are all pros!

Cons

No cons! I have been with the company for over a decade!
