Thank you for taking time to offer feedback and I am glad that you have found our flexible schedules, CEUs, monthly stipend, and trainings, to be a benefit. We are definitely concerned to hear that you would describe the regional team you work in as terrribly managed. We see you are a current employee so please feel free to reach out to athacker@teampbs.com if you wish to continue a conversation.

Pros

The families I worked with were very thankful and the job made a difference in their lives. Other than that, terrible place.

Cons

Orange County had a history of terrible management, inconsistencies with BCBAs, and lack of hours for their RBT's and Program Managers. Pay was decent per hour but they did their best to scam us out of money. I was once made to to finish a report that took 8 hours and was told that I could only be paid for 2 of those hours. They had us all as "independent contractors" so that they could avoid paying lunch breaks and regular breaks, and they never paid for mileage or materials for work. BCBA's were unethical and would bill for hours they never supervised the client, all of this went unchecked by upper management.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback and I am glad that you had a positive experience working with your clients. We moved over to an employee model over a year ago for all of our teams and have also recently hired new leadership for our LA Metro team. We continually look at business processes and make sure we are doing everything possible and necessary to improve the quality of work / life balance for our regional leaders and direct care staff. I see that you are a former employee but we certainly welcome further direct communication about your experience. Please feel free to email athacker@teampbs.com

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback. I am glad that you have had a good experience with your regional staff. We would definitely offer further information regarding any difficulty with communication or staffing you are experiencing. We expect all of our regional teams to be available to their direct care staff and also communicate honestly in regards to the caseload / hours available in the area. You can email athacker@teampbs.com if you wish to offer further feedback!
