Pros

They pay for the gas to travel to and from clients.

Cons

The gas compensation doesn’t waver if your hours get reduced. You don’t always get the hours needed to “keep” your salary. Work life balance is also hard especially during school time when you’re having to juggle between three to four different clients a day to meet billable requirements.

Pros

A collaborative, knowledgeable clinical team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on clients and their families. The company provides ongoing training, encourages professional growth, and offers supervisor support as needed. There is a strong focus on evidence-based practices and quality clinical services.

Cons

Technology systems can occasionally be inefficient, leading to extra time spent on documentation or scheduling. Caseloads and client hours may fluctuate based on staffing and client availability.
