- Create your own scheduled - A good first job out of college

Cons

- Extremely difficult to become full-time staff - Zero employment opportunities to advance - No benefits for part-time staff

Pros

I love the experience that I have had thus far while working with PD and can’t wait to see what comes next! It is a growing company and the work is fun and meaningful. Working alongside others who care about what they do and do it with love, has been such an amazing experience too!
