Fast-growing company with some kinks to work out

Pros

Flexibility, bonus potential, good benefits, low turnover in finance areas

Cons

High turnover in other critical/support areas, really wants employees to choose to be in the office. Pay increase decisions are a mystery?

Pros

-Open to change: you can make a difference here. It's not too big of a company. -Growing: acquiring pet companies and expanding from cereal into pet with aspirations to grow even bigger. Opportunities growing at headquarters. Well-positioned for good or bad economic times. Not too small in general for career growth, resources, etc. -Good culture: A lot of work is going into the culture over the past few years and it's making a difference. Nico, the CEO, is great. People are laid back and honestly want to work together and make things better. Hybrid work schedule is also nice.

Cons

-As others have said, older systems -Not a ton of standardization, used to be too much and probably too little now -With growth and openness to change, things can take some time to settle out. I think the standardization will come back/balance out.
