Pros

Pay and benefits still pretty good. Health insurance could be cheaper.

Cons

Management now going to use Temps. Was a top place to work but now not so much.

Pros

This company is fine. But the staff is really old school and this makes it hard for newer employees

Cons

They are super strict about the weirdest things.

Pros

You can work everyday if you want, the organization over reduced head count and has never recovered

Cons

Company is data driven which is great, except for the fact the the data is always skewed to make the pareto chart look like it needs too.
