Pros

There’s not a difficult job in the place, extremely long breaks. Good pay

Cons

While a production support staff you will be moved from building to building on an almost weekly basis, and your shifts will change just as often. You generally don’t know where you’re going to be, or what shift you’ll be on until as late as Friday of the previous week, so you can’t plan anything at home. And they can force you to work a 12 hour shift on a whim right up till you leave the building.
