Pros

Generally a good working culture. People are nice and the benefits are pretty average.

Cons

New leadership and ways of working have created an uncomfortable workplace. Not very quick to adapt to change.

Pros

Promotes from within and cross functionally often

Cons

New supply chain leadership yearly, currently experiencing layoffs and turnover, positions are over worked and under appreciated, and complete lack of culture even with a hybrid model.

Poor Leadership

Pros

Great Brands that have tremendous amount of upside

Cons

Poor Executive Leadership. The new CEO (Nico) is leading the company into a really bad place. Unfortunately Nico’s direct reports are not much better. Everyone at PCB is looking for new opportunities outside of the company. They are having people resign on a weekly basis
