Pros

Everybody that I work with is great. Actually enjoy being in the office with my coworkers. Company also does a lot to show they care about the employees from what I have seen and I actually trust to be taken care of here.

Cons

Not Post's fault per say, but the cereal category has been in a long and slow decline. So the company can perform well, but all cereal companies have to fight really hard to grow. This is not an exploding industry like tech is.

Pros

You can make a lot of money there.

Cons

112 hrs a week at times. I had over 2000 hours of over time in one year.( and you will be forced to work the hours or you will take points) Then when you want to take a day off you are going to get points. NO COMPASSION
