Pros

Money is great. Management is terrible. All employees take hour breaks with supervisors full knowledge. Unless higher ups are roaming.

Cons

Supervisors turn their heads to bad employees. Instead they just kiss the uppers tails. Team leads are the funniest. They cant even run the equipment and lord if anyone asks their help they will turn your world upside down so your better off figuring it out yourself. Management has no clue of anything but what the supervisors say. Total clueless of what truly goes on in there. Women beware cause the guys act like your a ribeye laying on a platter. My own supervisor grabbed me (both sides of my chest) on top of a piece of wet equipment with me struggling to get away. I did let 1 upper know but it went no further. I knew if pushed I would have been a target in that sea of men.
