Pros

Flexible and hybrid working, good if you have caring responsibilities depending on manager.

Cons

Your face must fit. Favouritism. Incompetent people promoted out of the blue. Zero training. Zero opportunities for most staff to grow. Lip service to DEI. Ask the black members of staff for their experience. Execs don't listen much. They never make any decisions. Chairman and 3 execs from Camelot and it was a fair process 😆? Only focus on the immediate without considering longer term. If you can play politics and are incompetent, you will go far.
