Pros

good for project managers starting out

Cons

Leadership is milking the profits, leaving poor benefits, working conditions and compensation for employees. Too many chiefs with negligible results. Nominal reinvestment in company. An office and vehicles and employees that would not take customers to.

Pros

Customers and Management friendly and easy going people. Work doesn't get boring as there's lots to do.

Cons

Can be stressful at busy times like before Christmas as it is a small office and gets very busy

Pros

Good bonus scheme and benefits package. Office is in a good location and newly refurbished.

Cons

No career progression. Communication to employees is poor across the business, also demoralizing to see so many staff being made redundant
