Pros

Love my colleagues- support me on a daily basis x

Cons

We are in a position of force to sell, regardless of a benefit to customer! Have to talk to everyone. Have to get at least 4 people over to financial specialist per day. or go on a 'plan' then effectively loose your job- as your deemed unable. So much pressure on a daily basis. So scared for my future. New changes are not being fully implemented throughout the business. We were sent on a course which made the future PO look much more practical and professional. It has not been put in place- management deny this what we were told. Lack of trust and respect from higher management. Patronising daily emails of 'best practice'
