Pros
the customers you never know what you are going to deal with next, its such a varied job chatting away to find out holiday plans or anything thats coming up in there lives. sometimes you can tailor the chat to providing them with information so they buy from the postoffice insurance or giftcards or they want to check out our other products, so hence great job the best l have had.
Cons
only one, you don't allways have chance to chat to the older people to find out if they are ok, sometimes we are the only people they see if they live on there own. a bit like hairdressers really!!!
