Sales reps are paid a base pay which keeps the stress off while they learn and are given training coaching and direction with tons of support. If they are willing to put in the work any rep can make 100k or more. They offer courses, coaching and training free of charge
Cons
Better planning and execution of plans and changes especially in sales. Sometimes changes seem like they were someone's idea and not researched for impact or benefit vs how much extra work they will create for reps and supporting staff. Many times reports need to be re done and sent when they should already be available automatically from nimble. Sometimes many reps are hired at once too many to train properly.
