you're the one taking all the risks with driving through traffic, poorly packaged food that stains your car interior, looking for parking, getting parking tickets; if you get into an accident, fleet support won't help, neither will your insurance company; worked for them for 2 and a half years and they've only decreased their pay model about 5 times; you can't sue them; cancelling an order because it's a long wait or a long drive will decrease your order offer rate; bait-and-switch, dangling-a-carrot-in-front-of-your-face bonus quests; every day was a waiting game due to competition with other drivers and their tactics to give you few and long-distance orders and to prevent you from completing the bonuses so they can get away with paying you less
