Pros
1. Flexible schedule 2. Exercise 3. Easy to use software 4. They offer vision and dental insurance as a yearly subscription 5. Minimum social interaction
Cons
1. Very bad hard to reach anyone at Postmates to get help. 2. Live support on the deliveries could take hours, usually I am using help of the customer contacting them from their side which is unacceptable for delivery service from my point of view 3. Most of the times they calculate your time 2-3 times shorter than it actually was, so if you do not track it, which is impossible (I tried, but it makes deliveries too complicated and it is impossible to do at the bad weather) to do all the time, so at the end they steal from you 10-20$ every 100 deliveries. 4. Another way of "stealing" I noticed since Uber bought the Postmates service. The app creates your route with 2-3 deliveries, at the first glance it might seem a logic thing to have, but not when you have 1-2 orders on you and the app leads you to pick up the 2-3rd order passing-ignoring on your way near drop off points towards another pick up. When you do a single delivery you getting paid for the full milage, but when orders are combined your milage do not get combined and as far as I can see they use it to cut your pays.
