Things move very fast here and change often which requires a team that stays on their toes and dives right in regardless of direction. We hear you on the "water-cooler" talk and recommend jumping into our fun side channels such as the "Random" channel or our niche channels for gamers, foodies, parents, and more. Also, throw some coffee chats on your calendar each week and invite someone new to just hang out for a bit!
